Not only was Midland Alarm’s quote very reasonable in comparison to other companies we contacted, the service was outstanding too. The initial visit was very thorough with advice on options available and costs provided on site. We were expecting a hard sell tbf, but the reverse was the case and we saved on what would have been unnecessary features. We were given a price there and then, not an arbitrary one but calculated via software which was reassuring in that we knew prices were standardised rather than at the whim of the sales person. Sharpie, the engineer who installed the system, was an absolute star. He fitted everything quickly and with minimal mess, removing the old system as well. There are no wires (everything is wireless) and we’re using the app to control the system, although there is a wall mounted box should the Wi-Fi fail. He was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions whilst talking us through the app. He couldn’t have been more professional, whilst remaining very affable with it. We will certainly recommend Midland Alarm to family and friends on the our experiences so far…
